MY REVIEW

The NKJV of the New Spirit-Filled Life Bible is really awesome! First of all, the blue and white cover makes it very attractive. The beginning of the Bible gives an introduction to the Bible, Contributors, Forty-one themes called Kingdom Dynamics, Word Wealth, Truth in Action, and more, fully explaining just what you can find in this Bible. Also you will find Kingdon Dynamics and Word Wealth lighted throughout the Bible, and charts with Truth in Action throughout. And I really enjoy the detailed information about each book of the Bible and an outline of the books. With all of these, along with other charts, maps and useful study tools, you will find this Bible one of the most valuable study tools you have.

You can never have enough study tools when studying the Bible, and you just can’t go wrong with a copy of this one. I highly recommend New Spirit-Filled Life Bible, NKJV, Edited by Jack W. Hayford.

Because all the evidence is pointing to one, horrific conclusion: The murderer is someone in his own department. That's not the worst of it, though. Ollie has nagging doubts...about himself. Where was he during the time of the murder? Joined by journalist Clarence Abernathy and their friend Jake Woods, Ollie pushes the investigation forward. Soon all three are drawn deep into corruption and political tensions that threaten to destroy them--and anyone who tries to help. But they're in too deep to quit. They've got no choice. They have to follow the evidence to the truth...No matter how ugly--or dangerous--it gets.

MY REVIEW

In Ollie Chandler Collection, you are getting three great suspense/detective books in one. This is the story of Ollie Chandler, along with a couple of his friends, Jake and Clarence.  In the first book Deadline, Jake looses two friends and asks for Ollie to help him find the killer. In the second book, Dominion, Clarence seeks Ollie’s help in the murder of a professor at Portland State University. In book three, Deception, Ollie is the main character and we get to see his character in full form. I really like Ollie’s quirky and witty ways, and he is so smart and sharp, I was just in awe. And there are so many twists and turns throughout these three books that it is very difficult to stop reading!

I love suspense, and detective stories, so these three books were just up my alley! If you are one who enjoys a good old suspense, I highly recommend this one for you!
