MY THOUGHTS ON THIS BOOK
When Rose enrolls in law school, little did she know how her life would change. She couldn't help but fall head over hills with a handsome guy from India. Life doesn't turn out the way she thinks it will. Two different cultures causes many struggles.
I wasn't sure what to expect with this book, but I enjoyed this thought provoking story by Sophia Bella Roma. There is plenty of love, struggles and drama as we follow Roses's life through mixed cultures and the differences life throws are her. I love how the characters to tell the story so well. The writing was a little different style, but it sure kept my attention throughout the story. Roma adds a lot of humor, mixed in with all of the drama taking place. Though this is a quick read, I found myself going back through the story to read the highlights over again.
If you enjoy stories with couples of two different cultures, this is a great read that I recommend for you. I'm giving Mother Knows Worst Four Stars.

Meet the Author:
Sofia Bella Roma is a lawyer in North Carolina. She has been practicing law since 2009. She was first licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and then went on to become licensed attorney in North Carolina. Sofia has spent most of her career telling stories. She regularly performs to judges when litigating her cases. Mother Knows Worst is Sofia’s debut novel. This book tackles common problems in relationships and takes on mother-in-law drama with a quirky point of view. Sofia knows firsthand about difficult relationships since she has been practicing law as a divorce attorney. She currently lives with her son and their pet lizard. She has a love for the arts and enjoys making people laugh.
