MY REVIEW

Dave and Cindy has been married many years and now they are struggling because of the many pressures and stress that comes up in marriages from time to time. They live in a Manhattan appartment during the 1970's and 1980's. The fun part of this book is following the journey of these characters and the little tidbits they leave along the way that leave flashbacks and memories for me. I connected with some of the characters but some I just could not. There's a lot of mature content that I really didn't care for. Probably R would have been a better rating. But all in all I did enjoy bits of the story and this history back to the nostalgic years of the '70's and '80's. If you are a lover of Drama, this is your kind of story.

William is a retired business executive now living in South Carolina with his wife, Bettina. She teaches high school German while Bill is the soccer coach at a small college. Their three sons, Alex, Robert, and Gordon have all graduated from college and moved away to pursue careers. Now Bill and Bettina enjoy long walks with their dogs.
